File No. 422: The Complaint is settled between Appellant &
opponent. The Appeal is disposed off with direction to return the sum of Rs.50,000/- deposited in C.D.R.C. by or on behalf of Appellant.
File NO.61: The Complaint is partly allowed. The
Opponent shall pay to the omplaintant Rs.
2,00,000/- with 9% interest from the date of
complaint as compensation & amages & cost
of Rs. 2,000/- within 30 days of this order.

The order of CDRF remains unchanged. No
order as to cost. The member has appealed
in higher court (NCDRC).
File No.844: The complaint is partly allowed. The opponent shall pay Rs. 27,000/- for Mental Agony & Harassment with 9% interest from the date of the order. The scheme on behalf the member paid Rs. 27,911/- in CDRF as per the award.
File No.262: The complaint is partly allowed. The opponent shall pay Rs. 25,000/- with 9% interest from the date of this order. The member has appealed in higher court (CDRC).
File No. 986: The Complaint is allowed. The applicant is
permitted to sue as indigent person against
opponent No. 2 & 3 as stated in suit in
accordance with law. The suit is to be
numbered as special suit for final hearing &
disposal accordingly.
File No.12: The complaint is partially accepted. Opponent No. 1 & NO. 2. has to pay Rs. 10,000/- Jointly & severally. (The opponent No. 2 is an insurance company)
File No.443: The opponent is directed to pay Rs. 2,42,000/- with interest of 6% + Rs.1,000/- mental agony. The member has appealed in higher court (CDRC).

File No.740: The Complaint filed by the complaintant is partly allowed. The opponent is hereby held medically negligent towards the complaintant & she should pay Rs. 1,00,000/- as compensation towards mental & physical agony, pain, shock, suffering etc. to the complaintant.
The opponent is further order to pay Rs. 50,000/- towards medical expenses, doctor fees, tests report changes, transperation etc., & Rs. 5,000/- as costs of the present proceeding to the complantant.
The opponent to comply the above order within 60 days from the date of this order failing which the complaitant would be entitled to interest at the rate of 9% per annual on the above amount. The member has appealed in higher court(CDRC).
File No.120: The complaint is partly allowed. The opponent shall pay Rs. 3,00,000/- by way of damages to the complainants with 6% interest from the date of complaint till realisation of the amount. The member also shall pay Rs.5,000/- by way of cost of this complanit. The member has appealed in higher court(NCDRC).
File No.1095: The complaint is partly allowed. The opponent NO. 1 & No. 2 have to pay Rs. 3,84,000/- jointly and severally as an award. The opponent has to pay Rs. 250/- as an expense. The member has appealed in higher court(CDRC).
File No.1093: The complaint filed by the complainant is partly allowed. The opponent is hereby jointly & individually shall pay Rs.3,84,000/-. The opponent is further order to pay Rs. 250/- for complaint cost. The member has appealed in higher court.(CDRC)
File No.948: The complaint is partly allowed. The opponent is hereby held medical negligence towards the Complaint & he should pay Rs. 1,00,000/- as compansation towards mental & physical agony, pain shock suffering etc., to the complainant at the rate of 9% per annum of the above amount. The member has appealed in higher court(CDRC).
File No.337: The complaint is partly allowed. The opponent shall pay Rs.2,50,000/- to the complainant with 9% interest from the date of complaint. He shall pay Rs. 1,000/- also as complaint cost. The member has appealed in higher court(NCDRC).
